WE ARE FULLY OPERATIONAL AND WELCOME YOUR VISIT 

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

As a healthcare entity, we continue to adhere to CDC

and local COVID-19 guidelines, whether or not vaccinated.

Please be advised that as of 1 June 2022, mask are optional while in our office,

but still required in our Surgery Center.

This policy is subject to change as local and Federal authorities change their requirements.

We are now permitting one visitor to accompany patients

to their appointment.

Social distancing is still recommended.

If you have had a recent exposure to COVID-19 or have tested positive in the last week,

please ask to be rescheduled. Similarly, if you have an active 

upper respiratory illness, please reschedule your appointment
